Skiing at Sunrise

Jamie and I were able to get away for his birthday in February. We drove up to Northeastern Arizona for a weekend of skiing (no kids)! Kayla and Carter spent the weekend with Jamie's parents and had a blast.

Volunteering

I had the opportunity to work in Kayla's kindergarten class this week. Wow! What an experience! I don't know how those teachers do it. It was great to see Kayla in action and interacting with her classmates. I was able to have lunch with her and a friend of her choice that day. She picked her best friend, Isabelle. Too bad I didn't get a picture of them together, but I was able to snap a picture of Kayla on the swing at recess.

Driving Permit

Watch out on the roads, Kayla has her driving permit! EEK.

Christmas in Colorado

Annual Botson Christmas tradition - Skiing/Snowboarding trip! This year we traveled to Copper Mountain near Denver, Colorado. Tucker Mountain Lodge Some views walking around Center Village where we stayed. Day 1 on the mountain! Kathy/Carter and Kayla/Jamie Carter/Jamie and then all four of us on the lift! Action shots!
